Four students stepped up to the challenge to attend survival school and all four earned their SERE Badges today. Proud of the discipline, resilience, and teamwork they demonstrated from start to finish.

The First City R***e Corp, Post 124, is a Military Explorer Program chartered by Learning for Life Youth Programs. It was founded by two combat Vietnam veterans with a clear mission: to build young leaders capable of overcoming any obstacle while excelling as students and citizens.

Fast forward to 2026, and Col. Lee has devoted his life to keeping this program thriving—supporting everyone from adolescent overachievers to youth looking for a better path.

The alumni of Post 124 are a testament to the dedication of our founding commanders, who established our military standards and traditions.

FCRC 124 Military Explorers provides teens ages 13–19 with opportunities to build leadership, confidence, teamwork, physical fitness, and life skills in a structured and supportive environment.

Through outdoor activities, community service, mentorship, and hands-on training, explorers learn valuable skills that help prepare them for success in school, careers, and life.

For parents, FCRC 124 offers a positive environment focused on character development, responsibility, discipline, and personal growth.
