Through the KEY series, the has been sharing practical financial skills with Lubbock Impact participants, from opening and managing a savings account to understanding credit, building credit history, and planning for the future.

These are the kinds of skills that can make a lasting difference. When someone has the knowledge and tools to make informed financial decisions, they’re better equipped to navigate challenges today and work toward their goals for tomorrow.

We’re so thankful to the Texas Tech School of Financial Planning for investing in our participants and helping equip them for success! 💙

Pampering and praising! 💅🙌

Senior Lunch was extra special this time around! We started the day with medical pedicures from FootTech Spa , followed by a time of worship led by one of our very own senior adults and a Bible study with Pastor Fermin of Lubbock Unified Church .

Senior Lunch is always such a sweet time to gather, build relationships, and grow together in faith. We’re so thankful for the people who make these opportunities possible and for the chance to serve and spend time with our senior adult community! ❤️

💙 Behind every prescription filled at the Foundations of Healing Pharmacy is a team of volunteers who care deeply about the health and well-being of our patients!

Our volunteer pharmacists and pharmacy techs each serve more than 20 hours every month to help ensure patients have access to the life-changing medications they need. Their time, expertise, and compassion make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve, and we are so thankful for the way they show up for our community!

The Foundations of Healing Pharmacy provides medications at no cost to patients of both The Free Clinic and the Foundations of Healing Clinic, helping remove barriers to essential healthcare.

💊 Pharmacy Hours:
• Tuesday: 9 AM–12 PM
• Wednesday: 6–9:30 PM
• Thursday: 3–5 PM

This is what hope, empowerment, and healing look like in action. Thank you to our incredible volunteer pharmacists for helping make this care possible! 💙

👕 More than a closet: a place of choice, dignity, and care.

Our Clothing Closet is set up more like a store than a donation room, giving people the opportunity to look through the racks and choose what they need and what they like.

Whether it’s an outfit for a job interview, clothes for their kids, or simply something that fits just right, we want people to feel comfortable taking their time and making their own choices.

Sometimes, something as simple as getting to choose your own clothes is a reminder that you matter. ❤️

📢 Program & Donation Closure Notice

Our 5th Annual Taste & See is coming up on Thursday, October 22nd! As we prepare for the event, please note a few changes to our regular schedule.

❤️ Programs Closed:
Lubbock Impact's Clothing Closet, Food & Hygiene Pantry, and other resources will be closed on Thursday, October 22nd.

🥫 Food & Hygiene Pantry:
The pantry will be open the Monday before (October 19th) and the Monday after (October 26th) as usual so please plan accordingly.

📦 Donation Drop-Offs:
We will not be accepting donations on Thursday, October 22nd, as our volunteers will be busy preparing for the event. Donations will resume the following Tuesday, October 27th, from 9:30–11:30 AM
➡Please do not leave or dump donations at our doors.
