The City of Cocoa is here to help during the Federal Government shutdown. If you’re a military member, federal employee, or federal contractor affected by the shutdown and struggling to pay your utility bill, contact our Customer Service team for extended payment options. Proof of Military ID or Federal Employment Badge is required.

All Cocoa utilities customers can contact customer service for a 2-week extension if qualified.
