If you’re ready to pick up a tag and make a child’s Christmas a little brighter, here are all the locations across Rifle, Silt, New Castle, Glenwood, and the Grand Valley. Thank you for helping spread holiday cheer in our community! ❤️ Angels are due back by December 5th.

Thank you so much to our amazing generous community members for another successful Roaring Fork Children’s Foundation year! We worked very closely with nonprofit agencies and the schools this year to identify families in need. Thank you to all those who helped make Christmas a little brighter for a child in need! Thank you to our partners: Stephen Catholic School and church, City Market, Bighorn Toyota Bighorn Toyota, Aspen Glen Club Aspen Glen Club and members, and sunset rotary!

To our followers and supporters, it turns out the use of the word "Angel Tree" is trademarked by The Prison Fellowship in GA. We were forced to stop using that name so we have changed "Angel Tree Roaring Fork" to "Roaring Fork Children’s Foundation" which is not so bad as we have expanded beyond Christmas gifts to year round giving including; sports scholarships, school supplies, tutoring, clothing and shoes, and extra curricular activities! We are still working very closely with our non-profit partners to identify families in need. As always thank you for your support of our program as we grow and change! New website coming soon!

A very big thank you to Mrs. Martinez and her amazing STUDENTS of Basalt High School (Spanish Language Arts 1&2, and Spanish language/culture class) for their huge toy donation! These kids really made a huge impact for children in need of a Christmas gift this year! We are so grateful for their generous giving hearts!

While we have expanded Angel Tree Roaring Fork to a year round giving program, we have also refocused our Angel Tree Christmas program to really identify families in need. The intention of angel tree was always to provide a gift to an underprivileged child who may not receive a gift for Christmas; we are refocusing on this goal and working with our partners directly to get children and family referrals. This means that our trees may not be as full of tags as previous years, however, you can be assured these families and children are definitely in need of extra holiday cheer! Thank you for all your support as we grow our mission and vision for Angel Tree! Our goal is always to serve and support children in need in the Roaring Fork Valley, if you are in need of holiday support this year, please reach out to one of our partners: Family Resource Center in your schools or a non profit you are working with.

The Angel Tree gift giving program has been in the Roaring Fork Valley for over 30 years. Recently, Angel Tree has become an official 501c3 and we have exciting goals! Not only is Angel Tree going to continue to provide gifts for families in need over the holidays, but we will also provide assistance to children in need ALL YEAR ROUND. Furthermore, we are teaming up with the Rita B. Fund which provides activity and sports assistant to children in our valley. Families who qualify, can apply for assistance for things such as sports fees, equipment, art classes, etc
