Yesterday a hacker compromised the public zoom. They were afraid the State’s data and information had been compromised. The State quote “will be revising how the public can watch regarding future proceedings.” That did not assist these four days of proceedings.
Apparently, they captured the ISC address of the person who hacked the system, and that information has been delivered to Wyoming division of criminal investigation and yet-
The Wyoming Industrial Siting Division (ISD) approved that project without public transparency. The council in our opinion had no business approving a contested hearing case yesterday when witness testimony outside of the wind energy company was BLOCKED/ HACKED.
Wyoming public, journalists, and state staff could NOT attend via ZOOM. ISD of course approved this project anyway rather than push the hearing to another date for day two and three. The people of Wyoming should ask why? The public MUST participate and ask even more questions. We MUST clean up this failed system NOW or there will be no later!
Today the public, press, and state staff who must attend Industrial Siting via ZOOM regarding the Chugwater Wind,Solar, and Lithium battery issues before ISD can’t.
By approving the Laramie Range Wind
Project Industrial Siting Council has opened the door to manipulative and intentional chaos. ISC is sending the wrong message to possibly paid hackers. ISC approval has opened yet another door in the already utilized “How to win approval at ISC” playbook so many Wyoming attorneys use to get their wind energy clients projects approved. These companies are multinational global oil and gas companies. They claim there are zero impacts to wildlife and zero socio economic impacts to the people of Wyoming. Just listen to day one of the Laramie Range Wind hearing before the hack. How convenient the company got to deliberate fully and was not hacked. Only the people of Wyoming, the participating party witnesses were silenced!
