Hello and welcome to the Mid-Hudson Valley Chapter of Breastfeeding USA! My name is Kristen and I am a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist as well as an accredited Breastfeeding Counselor with Breastfeeding USA. I also have first hand experience breastfeeding my two sons. I am looking forward to getting to know and help mothers in the area with their journeys!
