June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, and as we head into Father’s Day weekend, we want to take a moment to recognize the dads whose journeys to fatherhood have been marked by infertility, pregnancy loss, baby loss, and grief.

While Father’s Day can be a joyful celebration for many, it can also be an incredibly difficult weekend for fathers who are carrying heartbreak that often goes unseen.

The dads who are grieving the baby they never had the chance to meet.
The dads who feel the pressure to stay strong for everyone else while struggling themselves.
The dads navigating pregnancy loss, miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, infertility, or difficult family-building decisions in silence.
The dads mourning the version of fatherhood they once envisioned.

The truth is that fathers grieve too. They experience anxiety, depression, trauma, and profound loss, yet their pain is often overlooked or minimized. Grief does not discriminate, and healing conversations must include dads.

To every father carrying a heavy heart this weekend:💙 We see you.
💙 Your grief matters.
💙 Your mental health matters.
💙 You deserve support, too.

If you’re a dad who needs support, please know you don’t have to carry this alone. That’s one of the reasons we proudly partner with SAD DADS CLUB, an incredible community and resource created specifically for fathers navigating pregnancy loss, baby loss, and grief. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can hear is from another dad who truly understands.

As we honor fathers this weekend, let’s also remember the dads whose children are deeply loved, deeply missed, and forever part of their story.

One Day.

That's what you tell yourself when the test comes back negative. Again.

One day when you're sitting on the bathroom floor at 6am. One day when you smile through another baby shower. One day when you have to explain again why you don't have kids yet.

If you're still in the "one day" season, this is for you. 🤍

Drop a 🌈 in the comments if you're still holding onto "one day." You are not alone in this.

You are not behind. You are not broken. And you are not alone.

At Chasing the Rainbows we provide **free** support for families navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, and pregnancy after loss. Support groups, peer mentors, and therapy at no cost to you.

One of the cruelest parts of trying again after loss is that every single month holds your heart in its hands.

The hope. The fear. The waiting. The “maybe this time.” And then — starting all over again.

If you’re navigating pregnancy after loss, I want you to know something: what you’re doing takes incredible courage. Most people will never understand the emotional weight of a positive pregnancy test after you’ve already experienced loss. The joy is real. The terror is equally real. Both live in you at the same time.

You are not broken. You are not “too emotional.” You are a person who has loved deeply, lost profoundly, and somehow found the strength to hope again.

💬 If this resonates with you, share this post. Someone in your circle needs to see it today. And drop a 🌈 in the comments — let’s remind each other we’re not alone.

POV: You’re smiling through it all but your face is telling the WHOLE story… 😂

We all know that look. The one where your mouth stays quiet but your face? Absolutely zero chill. 👀

But honestly? Some days that face is carrying so much more than just a rough day at work…

It’s carrying another negative test. 💔
It’s carrying a loss that nobody talks about.
It’s carrying the grief of empty arms and shattered dreams.
It’s carrying hope that keeps getting knocked down but somehow keeps getting back up. 🌈

To every woman who is silently fighting through infertility, pregnancy loss, or baby loss — your feelings are valid. Your grief is real. And you are SO not alone. 💗

Infertility isn’t just about not getting pregnant. It’s carrying a grief most people never see. 💔

Every month is a cycle of hope and heartbreak. Every negative test is a loss. Every baby shower avoided is silent suffering. And still — you find the strength to hope again.

If you’re on this journey, you deserve to be seen.

✨ Save this if it resonates.
✨ Share it with someone who needs to feel less alone.
✨ Tag a friend who gets it.

The isolation. The loss of control. The grief. The all-consuming reality of infertility… it touches every part of your life. And your pain is valid.

Your journey matters. 🤍

🏳️‍🌈 Happy Pride Month! 🌈

At Chasing the Rainbows, we believe that every family-building journey deserves to be seen, supported, and celebrated. Whether your path includes infertility, IVF, IUI, surrogacy, adoption, pregnancy loss, baby loss, pregnancy after loss, or simply waiting and hoping, you belong here.
There is no one “right” way to become a family. There is no timeline you have to follow. And there is no requirement to fit into someone else’s definition of what your story should look like.

Our community is built on compassion, understanding, and the belief that love creates family. We are proud to be a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space for everyone, including LGBTQ+ individuals and couples navigating fertility challenges, family building, grief, healing, and hope.

No matter your gender identity, sexual orientation, relationship status, or where you are on your journey, you deserve support without judgment and a place where your story is honored.

At Chasing the Rainbows:
✨ All are welcome.
✨ All are valued.
✨ All are worthy of support.
✨ Every journey matters.

Every day we celebrate the many ways families are created and the incredible strength it takes to keep moving forward.

Sending love to everyone who thought they’d be holding a baby by now. 🤍

Maybe you imagined announcing a pregnancy, decorating a nursery, or celebrating milestones that haven’t happened yet. Maybe you’re navigating infertility, miscarriage, recurrent pregnancy loss, IVF, failed transfers, or the heartbreak of waiting month after month.

If this season looks nothing like the one you pictured, your grief is real. Your hope is real. And your story matters.

At Chasing the Rainbows, we know that the journey to parenthood can be filled with invisible heartbreak. Behind every negative pregnancy test, every canceled cycle, every loss, and every “maybe next month” is someone carrying more than the world can see.

You are not behind.
You are not forgotten.
You are not alone.

If this post found you today, consider it a reminder that there is an entire community standing beside you through infertility, baby loss, pregnancy loss, IVF, IUI, recurrent miscarriage, secondary infertility, and every complicated emotion in between.

If this resonates with you, leave a 🍍 in the comments. Every journey matters.

Infertility grief is real. It’s the grief of unanswered questions, canceled plans, empty nurseries, negative tests, failed treatments, and the future you imagined but haven’t been able to hold.

It’s a form of loss that often goes unseen because there’s no funeral, no casserole train, and no roadmap for healing. But that doesn’t make the pain any less profound.

For millions of people navigating infertility, IVF, recurrent pregnancy loss, miscarriage, or the uncertainty of trying to conceive, grief lives in the space between hope and heartbreak. It touches relationships, identity, mental health, and every vision of what life was supposed to look like.

If you’re carrying infertility grief today, your experience deserves to be acknowledged. Your emotions are valid. Your story matters. And you do not have to hide your pain simply because others can’t see it.

Some of the most meaningful support during infertility doesn’t come from having the perfect words. It comes from simply showing up.

A simple text that says, “Thinking of you,” or “No pressure to reply,” can remind someone they aren’t carrying this journey alone.

During World Infertility Awareness Month, we’re encouraging everyone to reach out to the people in their lives navigating infertility, IVF, IUI, recurrent pregnancy loss, miscarriage, unexplained infertility, secondary infertility, or fertility treatments. You don’t have to fix their pain. You just have to let them know you’re still there.

Sometimes the hardest part of infertility isn’t the appointments or injections. It’s the silence that follows when everyone else moves on while you’re still waiting, grieving, hoping, and trying again.
💛 Send the text.
💛 Check in after the appointment.
💛 Remember the due date that never came.
💛 Ask how they’re doing without expecting them to be “better.”
💛 Stay when it gets uncomfortable.

A two-minute message can become the lifeline someone didn’t know they needed.

If you’ve walked through infertility, what’s one text that meant the world to you or one you wish someone had sent? Share it below so we can create a library of support for others. 👇

Together, we can make World Infertility Awareness Month about more than awareness—we can make it about action, compassion, and connection.

✨ Every Journey Matters ✨

Infertility is more than a diagnosis. It’s the countless emotions, waiting rooms, unanswered questions, pregnancy announcements, tracking apps, procedures, disappointments, hope, grief, and resilience that often go unseen.

If you’re trying to conceive, navigating infertility, undergoing IVF, IUI, fertility treatments, pregnancy loss, secondary infertility, or unexplained infertility, your feelings are valid.

You are not “too sensitive” for feeling hurt. You are not “obsessed” for tracking every symptom. You are not “negative” for protecting your heart. You are not “behind in life” because your path looks different. You are not “failing” because it hasn’t happened yet.
Your fertility journey is uniquely yours, and every step forward, no matter how small, matters. 💛

This World Infertility Awareness Month, we’re standing with every individual and couple facing fertility challenges. You are seen. You are heard. You belong here.

Together, we’re breaking the silence around infertility, one conversation at a time. ✨
