Great Opportunity!!!

⚡ Ladies, have you ever wondered what a career in the electrical trade actually looks like?

Here’s your chance to find out hands-on!

IBEW Local 369’s EmpowHER Program is a hands-on day of training created for women who want to learn more about the electrical trade, whether you’re seriously considering it as a career or you’re simply curious about what the work involves.

You’ll get to tour the training facility, see live demonstrations, try some of the work yourself, meet women already working in the industry, ask questions, and learn in a comfortable, judgment-free environment.

The skilled trades can open the door to a great career, and sometimes all it takes is getting the opportunity to see it firsthand. If you’ve ever thought, “Could I do this?” …. this is a pretty great place to start.
