Sibling rivalry is not always two children fighting over a toy, a bedroom, the front seat, or the bigger piece of cake.

Sometimes the argument is only what we can see.

Underneath it may be a child asking:
Do you see me?
Do you hear me?
Do I matter?
Am I loved as much as everybody else?

In Season 1, Episode 1, I talk about what sibling rivalry is, when conflict can help children grow, when it becomes harmful, and how childhood wounds can follow people into adulthood.

I am not here to blame your parents or diagnose your family. I want us to step back, look honestly at what happened, and consider what may lead toward something healthier.
