A Major Step Forward

The District Court has ruled that, at this time, the City does not have grounds for an injunction to stop our petition.

That means our petition to prohibit the building and operation of data centers in our community will proceed to the ballot on November 3rd.

There will still be litigation down the road that will determine whether the petition is ultimately considered administrative or legislative. But for now, the people will have the opportunity to show up and vote on this measure.

This is our community. This is our voice. And this November, we get to use it.

Please show up and vote. Tell your neighbors, your friends, your family, and everyone you know:

November 3rd - Vote YES to prohibit data centers in our community.

Let the people decide. 👏🏻🗳️🦅🇺🇸

With more legal battles on the rise, help us continue to fight data centers companies and big money interests. Click the link below to join the neighborhood and becoming a monthly contributor today. Together we have the powerful to save our community! 👇

Happening now in City of Edgerton, Kansas Government

A city that has money to litigate private citizens but can’t find the funds to purchase a microphone, camera and free YouTube account to stream city council and commissioner meetings.

If you’d like to help that group in their legal response / fight, I will link in the comments the fundraising link. No Data Centers in Kansas has no ties or financial stake to the non profit being linked. We as an organization have still accepted $0 in any capacity and will continue to do so.

Thank you

The road to create this data center has been bumpy. Now, the city wants to put a roadblock in front of those residents who do not want to see this data center come to town.

Kansas has a serious issue right now where city municipalities via their city attorneys (through their unelected City Administrators), are openly violating KORA and KOMA laws and mocking the Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach while they do it. They are also weaponizing municipal funds against taxpaying citizens for their own personal self interest on behalf of law firms and utility companies bending over to Big Tech.

When you look to the Attorney General’s office to do their job, this is what you find as they hide behind local jurisdiction issue excuse.

*2026 Governor Race*

No Data Centers in Kansas is announcing our support for Cindy Holscher for Kansas for Governor over Ty Masterson, based specifically on the issue our organization exists to address: protecting Kansas communities from predatory data center development.

Cindy Holscher signed our legislatively strong pledge committing to strong protections for Kansas residents and communities when it comes to large scale data center development.

We want to be very clear about what this means and what it does not mean.

Our group is not a vote, you are.

This is not a statement that every member of this group should agree with Cindy Holscher on every issue, nor are we asking anyone to base their vote solely on data centers.

Our support reflects our organization’s position on this specific issue.

Every Kansan should research the candidates, consider the issues that matter most to them and their families, and make their own decision at the ballot box.

Our goal is simply to make it clear where candidates stand on the issue we have spent months fighting for: meaningful protections against predatory data center development in Kansas.

We will be applying the same approach to Kansas House races and other state level races, and will begin sharing those assessments soon.

Do your research. Know where the candidates stand. And vote based on what matters most to you.

Thank you.
