On National Coming Out Day, we celebrate LGBTQ+ people sharing their identities and also hold equal care for those who are questioning, selectively out, or keeping their identities private.

You get to choose who knows, when they know, and what you share. Your identity is valid in every one of those moments.

For families, friends, and allies: listen with care. Respect someone’s name and pronouns. Protect their privacy. Let your support continue long after the conversation ends.

Join our programs director, Leo Ward, LCSW, ADHD-CCSP, at the Delaware Gender Wellness Conference for a workshop centered on trauma-informed, gender-affirming care. This is an opportunity to strengthen your skills, understand your rights, learn best practices, and deepen how you show up for transgender and gender-diverse people.

Our Youth Volunteer, Hyperion is also a communication arts major about to start high school!

They are responsible for all of the awesome flyers you see. Tonight they made this one in celebration of the workshop being presented by Leo Ward at the Gender Wellness Conference!

Edit: Hyperion changed the time to reflect when the workshop will actually be at during the conference.
