Fall Institute is an annual conference where speech language pathologists can earn CEUs and learn current information. The conference is hosted by the Second Year Graduate Students and a portion of the money made goes to them for their trip to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Conference in November. This year is the University of Mississippi's 50th Anniversary so during the confere
nce there will be a variety of activities to celebrate! Perry Flynn will be speaking on how to write goals that correlate with the Common Core Standards. In addition to the main speaker, there will be a luncheon where Dr. Gloria Kellum, Dr. Sue Hale, and Dr. Tommie Robinson, Jr. (all alumni of the University of Mississippi) will be speaking. On Thursday night there will be a 5k, throughout the conference there will be a silent auction, and there will also be tours of the CSD building.
