The verdict is in. Ghana takes the crown. Again. 🇬🇭🏆

This past Sunday we hosted Jollof Wars at Haas and it was everything. 63 registered attendees, two flags flying high, Afrobeats shaking the courtyard, and enough Jollof rice to settle the debate once and for all (at least until next year).
We brought together students, alumni, and friends from across the diaspora for an evening of food, culture, community, and genuinely great vibes. The energy in that room reminded me why celebrating where we come from matters, even in the middle of an MBA.

Get ready for the ultimate Jollof Rice Showdown at Haas. Nigerian vs Ghanaian Jollof to decide who truly makes the best Jollof. Last year Nigeria took the crown, so the question is… can they defend the title or will Ghana take it this time?

Come taste both versions, vote for your favorite, and enjoy Afrobeats, snacks, drinks, games, and great vibes with the community.
