After being diagnosed with T1D, I made it my goal this year 📅 to embark on a self-care journey! 2021 has been a year reflecting on what truly makes me happy, healthy and whole. While many days had its challenges, I discovered the key to my success is embedded in these four principles: exercise daily, eat a low-carb diet, embrace positivity and employ chiropractic care. Thank you Vital Family Chiropractic for walking this journey with me encouraging, enlightening and inspiring 🙏 Lessons have been learned and milestones met. I encourage you all this coming year to prioritize your well-being...because your health is your wealth! Join me in 2022 as I continue down my journey towards wellness in my pursuit of wholeness ❤
