The SID-Washington Career Fair is an excellent opportunity for entry and mid-level candidates to advance their careers, make connections with influential individuals and institutions, and learn more about the current state of international development. It also provides a forum for international development organizations to recruit top talent and highlight their unique opportunities in and contributions to development. We expect organizations from all sectors of international development to participate and attendees ranging from graduating students looking for entry level work to mid-career professionals looking for a change. This past weekend was incredible for The Pan-African Professional Alliance at Penn State. We had our first event of the year where we welcomed new African and Africanists graduate students and young professionals, during our Fall Welcome BBQ.
