What better way to celebrate "Introduce a Girl to Engineering" Day than with our very own Brittany Pérez and Kelly Harnish!

We had a great time teaching the kids of Bald Eagle Area School what Penn Staters are working on and how they too can become part of Lunar Lion.

On Jan. 3, Penn State students were among the seven university teams who watched their experiments lift off aboard a sounding rocket, on a mission to study the polar atmosphere (LinkedIn).

The G-CHASER rocket launched from the Andøya Space Center in Andenes, Norway, on Jan. 13, 2019. On its way through the northern lights, it carried seven different experiments, each one designed, tested and built by students.
