Time for March’s members of the week!!! Meet Nate, Brianna, and Hailey!

Starting off strong, we’ve got Nate! Nate is a sophomore majoring in civil engineering from North Wales, PA. His favorite part about Eclipse is all of our awesome members and he is looking forward to dominating in our IM volleyball team! 🏐🏆

Next up is Brianna! She only joined Eclipse this semester, but that hasn’t let that stop her from jumping right in and getting involved! Brianna is systems neuroscience major from Brooklyn, NY. She is also looking forward to IM volleyball games and can’t wait for the Spring Reedy Trip (and neither can we! 🦎). This year she attended her first THON and loved it —her favorite part was Final Four!

Last, but certainly not least, is Hailey!! Hailey is a sophomore majoring in nutrition from Washington, D.C.! She agrees with Nate that her favorite part about Eclipse is the people and all the friends she has made! Her favorite THON memory was the pep rally and meeting new people! Meet February’s members of the week! We had a very busy month with THON, but we still will always make time to highlight our amazing members. This month, our MOTWs were Alan Masters and Matthew Swanton (+ the Reedys THON week of course)!!

Alan is a freshman from Nutley, NJ and is currently undecided. His favorite part about Eclipse is getting Drew to buy him sushi (b/c he won it in our Eclipse Auction) and he is looking forward to the Eclipse Auction next year —no doubt to buy more sushi!

Next up is Matt! Matt is a senior from Bangor, PA majoring in finance. His favorite part about Eclipse this year has been the people and goat yoga! He couldn’t wait for THON and had so much fun! Fun fact: He had a pet chinchilla as a kid!!

This year, Eclipse raised $89,845.86 for the kids!!! Combining that with what the other SIOs raised this year, that is 31 months of psychological counseling and 78 months of art therapy for Four Diamonds children! All of your hard work has paid off and Eclipse couldn’t be more proud of each and every one of you. Thank you to everyone who showed up and gave it their all this year for the kids. You made more of a difference than you know!

This THON weekend was a reminder of what happens when an incredible group of people comes together for something bigger than themselves.

To our members, who fundraised, shared our mission, showed up, and gave their time and energy all year long — thank you. Your hard work, commitment, and belief in this cause made every moment possible.

To our dancers — Kaylee, Remi, Kellyn, Ebeth, and Kate — your strength, resilience, and selflessness inspire us beyond words. You carried Eclipse’s heart onto that floor, and we are endlessly proud of you.

And to the Reedys, we our so grateful to have you as our THON family. The unwavering love and strength you have for each other is an inspiration to all of us. You four are what makes Eclipse special. We love you guys!!
