Our kindergarten students learned about diversity today. "No matter what you look like on the outside, we are all the same on the inside."

I encourage everyone to follow this guy. Not only is he a Penn State grad but he is an exceptional teacher and approaches children (regardless of their ability) the same way. He does amazing things with his students and never lowers the bar.
