Operation Blue Shield now dba One CommunityUSA is about bringing together citizens and front line responders through civic engagement and community intervention programs. Each program is built to unite, build or rebuild bridges of trust and create the right kind of positive change

where every voice is heard, valued and can become engaged in helping others. By making an effort to acknowledge our unique differences and diverse perspectives, we create an environment of cooperation and shared visions for safe, secure and economically sustainable neighborhoods. The time has come for us to leverage our strengths and work together so we can collectively make our cities, our communities and our nation stronger. The time has come for all of us to "go all in."
