Gun Barrel City Economic Development Corporation Will Hold A
TOWN HALL regarding the Pier 334 Partnership and Development Project
Friday, June 2, 2023 at 6:00pm
Gun Barrel City Council Chambers
1716 W. Main Street, Gun Barrel City, Texas

Please join us and learn the facts. This Project will include:
• A Hilton Tapestry Hotel with 62 rooms, a fine dining restaurant with a Michelin Chef, a resort style private pool, a banquet hall, outdoor patios, a rooftop bar and more.
• Two beautiful fountains that will double as splash pads, then after dark they will become an elegantly lit waterscape.
• An amphitheater and stage for live music under the stars.
• Floating docks for boat access from the water and public access fishing docks.
• A separate food and entertainment pavilion featuring a waterfront bar, food and retail shops and a casual dining restaurant.

The economic impact of this project is significant. It will bring many well-paying jobs, multiple dining options, entertainment, public green spaces - all things our citizens requested in the most recent city surveys.

We sold 74 tickets and profited $1,109.06. We truly appreciate all the help and support we have received while doing this fundraiser and thank you for everyone who participated and made this possible.

The University Park Fire Association is hosting a gun raffle with each ticket costing $40. There is 4 chances to win with the possibility of winning one of 4 guns. The winner will be given a gift card to Academy Sports and Outdoors for the price of the gun they won. They will be able to order the gun online at https://www.academy.com/ and have the gun sent to any Academy store they would like. Winners are also not restricted to buying the gun they won. If they would like to get a different gun or use the gift card on other merchandise at Academy then that is acceptable as well. If you would like to win a gun or just a gift card to Academy please help show your support to the University Park Fire Association by buying a ticket. Tickets will be sold from August 16th to September 29th at the University Park Fire Department which is located at 3800 University Blvd. University Park, TX, 75205. The drawing will take place at the University Park Fire Department on September 30th. When purchasing a ticket please leave a good contact phone number since winners will be contacted immediately after drawing so that they may collect their prize.
