Which is why it is so important to get a diagnosis and treatment if you have ADHD. For most of my life I was being treated for depression and anxiety and without actually addressing the real issue (my ADHD) and most of those treatments did more harm than good. Addressing the primary cause of my problems (untreated, undiagnosed ADHD) nearly all the other issues started to correct themselves in short order. If you think you may have ADHD it's worth a talk with your doctor.

Sorry followers for the lack of new content over the last few months. Due to major life changes and of course ADHD I've had some troubles with keeping up with the page but I should be back to posting now!
