Southeast NGU’s summer retreat, Disconnect & Reconnect, is June 24–28 at Young Harris College in the North Georgia mountains, and registration closes May 29.

This is the first Southeast NGU retreat in quite awhile, and it is open to ANY NGUer from ANY region, you do not have to live in the Southeast to attend.

Expect meaningful community, workshops, music, movement, water fun, spiritual exploration, rest, laughter, and time away from the constant noise of everyday life.

Registration is $360, and scholarship support may be available as part of our commitment to making community more accessible.

Good morning Unity family!

Next Generation of Unity is gathering young adults from across the country for our Spring Retreat: a weekend centered on the theme 'Altering Inertia'.

Inertia is what keeps us moving in the same direction, even when that direction no longer reflects who we are becoming. Many young adults today feel it - the pressure to keep going, to keep producing, to keep performing - without always having space to pause and ask, “Is this aligned with who I am?”

Over three days at Unity Village, participants (ages 18–40) will experience grounded spiritual practice, honest conversation, creative workshops, and meaningful connection. An optional Service Week follows the retreat, offering hands-on opportunities to give back, build relationships, and live our Unity values in tangible ways.

NGU is growing in ways we could have only dreamed of. More young adults, more connection, more spiritual depth, and more momentum than ever. This is becoming something real and powerful, and we cannot build it on vibes alone.

Our Retreat Team applications close on December 14. If you have been to an NGU retreat before and feel called to help shape this next one, we would love to have you apply.

And for everyone else, there is space for you too. Our full volunteer application includes roles on the Social Media, Marketing and Branding Team, the Wellness Team, the Music Team, and opportunities to be a Virtual Programming Leader. Each of these teams helps NGU grow through creativity, care, community building, and leadership.
