At Lake Fastpitch Softball Association, we often talk about being more than just teammates, coaches, and families — we are a softball family and a community.

One of our young softball players has recently experienced a loss that no child should ever have to endure — the loss of her mother.

During this unimaginable time, we would like to surround her and her family with as much love and support as we can. We are sharing their GoFundMe in hopes that our LFSA community will rally around them and help ease even a small portion of the burden they are facing.

After rolling through an undefeated spring season, the 8U Blue Bombers faced a tougher road in the fall. Wins didn’t come their way during the regular season, but once the playoffs hit, everything changed. They caught fire, stacked three straight victories, and battled their way back to the top as champions once again. We’re all incredibly proud of how the girls kept fighting through adversity! Congratulations on your 1st place win in STAL’s 8U Lower Division Tournament! 💙⚡️🥎

Congratulations to 12U Lake Legends! They came in 2nd place in the 12U Lower Division STAL Tournament! It was a close game that game down to the very last inning! So proud of these girls for their hard work this season!! 💙⚡️🥎

Now that the 10U and 12U tournaments have concluded, we would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding achievements from of a couple of our teams.

Congratulations to the 10U Lake Storm on their impressive undefeated season and 1st place finish in the 10U A Division Stark County Tournament.

The 12U Lake Lightning also had a remarkable season, securing 2nd place in the 12U A Division Stark County Tournament.

We were delighted to see such talent and sportsmanship on display from our players and coaches from all of our 10U and 12U teams and can’t wait to see what you all accomplish next!
