How do you explain away more votes on the machine than signatures in the voting books? How do you explain away the surveillance cameras not operating where the 3 voting machines seals were broken? How do you explain away the Teachers Union using taxpayers dollars to foot the bill for their campaign.? How do you explain away the uniondale school board paying for James Sharp and Emerson Mott legal fees when they are candidates not representing the school? Is that your tax dollars again? We have ask the State Board of these questions and they are still in deliberations on this matter.

2015 election Terenna Williams and Dr.Sally Thompson had to retain their own legal cousel, but James Sharp and Emerson Mott was represented by the Uniondale School District. This means your tax dollars paid their attorney fees. THE UNIONDALE BOARD OF EDUCATION VOTED unanimously . The sad part is the silence of those who have an obligation to uphold the law. The use of public funds for these guys is a clear violation of the NYS Civil Law in the Education Section 3811. The Board action is illegal .

To add to this..there were more votes on the voting machines than signatures in the voting books. Plus the location where the voting machines were tampered with the surveillance system wasn't working that day in the school.

As we reported in our last post. VICTORY for UPAC. We have uncovered well over 150 employees working at uniondale school district WITHOUT board of trustee's approval ( SO illegal on many levels). The board created a resolution to approve past hires. This is a MASSIVE COVER UP!!!.

TONIGHT MEETING/ Apparently Uniondale Board of Trustee's just approved the hire of a board member(Cubas) relative at their last meeting. This didn't appear in the public agenda. This relative of the board member has been employed for more than 2yrs at the school district. This is a VIOLATION. ALL employees must be approved by the board of trustee's prior to hire. There are more cases like this to follow. WHO'S COVERING WHO.

UPDATE : REGARDING TERENNA WILLIAMS vs UNIONDALE BOARD OF EDUCATION. All we are hearing is "CRICKETS" ( NO SOUND NO decision) I believe that they have made a decision and waiting until we go away. ( WILL NOT HAPPEN) We submitted our case almost 6 months ago..NOTHING.
