Want to know what the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act means at the state and local level?

NAR released new guidance on what this major step forward in housing policy means for your community.

States and localities that begin addressing their own barriers to housing will be best positioned to compete for and make use of what the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act provides, keeping in mind that the new grant programs are authorized but not yet funded by Congress.
