American Legion Post 297 Union, MO At American Legion Post 297 we welcome all veterans, along with their friends and family.

We offer 4 different membership opportunities (Legion Member, Auxiliary, Sons of the American Legion and Courtesy Card). Since our charter in 1923, American Legion Post 297 has been welcoming veterans from all branches of our Armed Forces. Today, we continue to welcome all military personnel serving our country. Joining our Post enables you to continue serving your God, Country and Community.

We would like to give a HUGE thank you to everyone that came out for the parade and ceremony today. We’re blessed to have this great community. It takes a village to organize these events and our village is mighty.
