At the time of SIFH Global's founding, we recognized that quality of life and capacity to thrive is wholly dependent on well-being. Our core mission focused on fitness and wellness services to individuals and communities disadvantaged by economic, geographic, systemic and other barriers to achieving optimal physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. A decade later we acknowledge that stabilization of environment precedes health and wellness in the context of a global landscape increasingly in crisis. As such, and in service to our original mission, SIFH Global has expanded its interests to provide humanitarian aid to communities in regions ravaged by the impact of natural and man-made disasters. We are committed to lifting our brothers and sisters in every corner of the globe, thereby contributing towards our collective healing and wellness.
