Thank you President Laura for your leadership and for installing Marie and Genie who will each lead our club for 3 months, each bringing their unique style and ideas to continue “rocking” our club! A huge thanks to Donna and Kathy who pioneered our new leadership model.
Leadership in volunteer organizations doesn’t happen by accident — it happens because caring people decide to step forward.
Our Rotary Club has been fortunate to have several dedicated members, especially some remarkable women in recent years, who have willingly taken on leadership roles to keep our club active, meaningful, and moving forward. Their time, energy, creativity, and commitment deserve our sincere gratitude.
But the truth is, a strong club can’t depend on the same few people forever.
Rotary thrives when many members share their talents, ideas, and leadership. Stepping into a leadership role doesn’t mean you have to have all the answers — it simply means you care enough to help guide the future of our club and continue the work we all value so much. Understanding the time constraints of today, we’ve created a rotating presidency with only a 3- month commitment to simplify leading our club.
Every fresh voice brings new ideas. Every volunteer lightens the load. And every person who steps up to any role helps ensure that our club remains vibrant for years to come.
To those who have already led us: thank you for your dedication and example.
And to those who may be considering getting more involved: we need you, we value you, and we would welcome your leadership.
