We're gearing up for the Memorial Day parade!
We've added some railings for safety on the bandwagon and given it a fresh coat of paint and some flags.
We're very excited to have musicians from the band at Union Springs Academy playing with us for this event.

The Cayuga Lake Band wants to thank the community for a successful chicken BBQ last Saturday. We raised enough money to cover our seasonal costs, including putting railings on the band wagon for the Memorial Day Parade.

The BBQ is always a fun time to talk to members of the community but Saturday 4/22 was REALLY WINDY. The yellow and white tent caught some air and fell down on the members working the BBQ! We had two good Samaritans who just came to buy chicken help us pull the tent to the side. A few minutes later, two pick-up trucks full of Lions Club members came to our rescue and to fold up the tent!
