We enjoyed hosting our district governor at our meeting this week! Governor Locke has been of great service to our district over the last year, and we were proud to host her for an evening. We also had the pleasure of swearing in 4 new members, and 7 different Speedway Lions received chevrons for years of service that range from 10 years to 55 years! As always, we are proud to serve this community!

Thanks for the shout out! This fundraiser brings dollars back into our town that supports things like Speedway Schools, youth athletics, parks programs and the scholarship fund. We just handed out scholarships to 13 bright graduates who will do Speedway proud when they go off to college in the fall. Money raised this weekend will allow us to do it again next year!

Hundreds of campers and RVs will fill the club's 40-acre lot through Race Day for the organization's biggest fundraiser of the year.

May is just a few days away! 🏎🏁 Pricing for race parking is shown in the photos along with a map of where to enter. We will have port-o-lets on site as well as ice for sale. Unfortunately we cannot offer power or water hookups. If you have any questions please email [email protected]!

At last night’s meeting, we had the pleasure of hearing about the good work being done at Hope Healthcare Services in Avon. Their executive director, Cliff Sweazy, told us about all the ways in which Hope is making a difference in the community. The rest of the meeting was spent planning and gearing up for our annual Pancake Breakfast and Bazaar! We hope to see you all there this weekend!
