Union City Community Help Center We are a non profit organization the sell good useable items that is donated by the community.

The Community Help Center started when Trinity Lutheran Church, and 1st Christian Church came together in October 1986. One church having a food pantry, and the other having a clothing closet. These two churches formed a Christian based non-profit thrift store with the proceeds going to help the local community. Mission Statement: Our purpose & objective is to provide community assistance with ser

vices and needs. Vision Statement: To reach out in the community, and meet needs as they arise. We accept donated items such as:

• Picture Frames

• Artificial Flowers
• Wicker baskets

• Blankets
• Small appliances such as coffee makers, toasters, mixers, toaster ovens, and etc.
• Curling Irons
• Blow Dryers
• Clocks
• Sewing machines
• Electronics
• Small furniture items
• Lamps
• Small strands

Today is our customer appreciate day!! We have sales going on, come check it out!! We have free hot dogs, popcorn, and water donations only. Photo booth bring your phone. Raffle going on. Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5. Drawing at 3 today. Food drive 1 ticket for each usable food item. Chance to win a food related basket. Drawing at 3.

Good morning everyone. We could use a few volunteers tomorrow morning to help load a truck. This takes about 40 minutes. You basically take bags from one place and load onto another truck. It will be on May 21st at 10:30. We appreciate any help we can get. Thanks

Today was the day. We had our Groundbreaking/40th Anniversary Kick-Off. The weather could of been better, but our spirits were high as we take this next step into the future. We are super excited and looking forward to the future. We are 40 years and still growing.
