Hello everyone,
Due to the timing of the first home match starting at 1 o’clock in the afternoon at an assembly it will not be possible to stream on my end. You’ll find all of the home matches beginning next week right here as always with my out of the box commentary and ramblings about who knows what throughout the night! I hope to see many of you there.

Just finished looking at the PWCA all academic team. 60% winning record for the season and a 3.25 GPA. In 2019 our Bears had 8 wrestlers on the list. This year zero.
We, as the Bears wrestling community, need to show our support in every way to get our wrestlers back on top.

Look at your season this past year. Did it end the way you wanted? Did you meet goals and expectations?
The only opinion that truly matters is yours. Only you know of you gave all. Only you know how high you can set the bar.
The mind generally stops us at 70% off our actual capabilities. The only way to improve is to spend your free time in the weight room and wrestling room. You can’t cheat yourself and expect to get better.
Marshall Van Tassel, Gavin Henry, Matt long, Tim Vargo, Jarad Burger, Shane Rankin and Chris Clark can tell you what hard work can do. They all stood on the podium in Hershey.
So get out there and make your dreams come true
