Цей івент готує багато крутої свіжої музики завдяки живим виступам від українських, білоруських та польських музикантів - Іван Дорн, Naviband, Intelligency, Sarsa, Brodka.

Окрім виступів, на фесті будуть майстер-класи та йога, артмаркет, відкритий мікрофон з блогерами, фотозони, розваги для дітей, різні презентації й дискусії.

Today is World Refugee Day — a reminder of the hardships faced by Ukrainians daily.

More than 6.3 million Ukrainians are seeking refuge abroad, and 5 million people have been internally displaced.

Ukrainians have been forced to flee their homes trying to escape the terror of war. Every Ukrainian family today has a story of pain, strength, resilience, and hope.

Houses may get destroyed by bombs, but the people's spirit is unbreakable. The day will come when all Ukraine's children can come home and live happily in peace. Until then we must work together to support the refugees and help them rebuild their lives.

We've witnessed so many wonders in our work. First of all, huge thanks to all our hosts who open their homes to Ukrainians! Some people hosted over 20 families, others helped with life saving surgeries and rehabilitation. Some even went to Ukraine themselves to volunteer. We are humbled by your generosity. You are all our heroes!

This important work must go on. Only yesterday another 44,000 people fled Ukraine. Many have lost everything. They need places to stay and all the help they can get. Let's keep helping!

Water. You’d think that water would be the last thing needed during a flood. But that’s where you’d be wrong. After the breach of the Kakhovka dam in Ukraine, thousands are left without their water supply. The water that flooded and took down their homes is now contaminated and not suitable for drinking. An outbreak of cholera is a very real danger in the coming heat. The aftermath could be catastrophic. Thousands of people could die.

Today we are raising funds to provide safe drinking water to the people in Ukraine. We hope to raise enough to buy and to send 1000 manual portable water filters kits to Ukraine, each worth $17, including shipping.

In the early hours on Tuesday June 6 Russian forces blew up the Nova Kakhovka dam, which has been under their control for over a year now.

Over 80 settlements in the region are in danger of flooding. More than 16,000 people are in the flooded zone. Thousands flee for their lives.

President Zelensky called the Russian terrorist attack on the Kakhovka HPP the largest man-made environmental disaster in Europe in decades.

Today many good people find themselves away from home with nowhere to live. Some of them can pay their way, others have lost everything. Some can work, others are unable to. Most of them need somewhere to stay, even if only for one night.

Today is exactly one year since icanhelp.host launched and our very first host opened their home to a complete stranger from Ukraine, just because they wanted to help.

Over the past year we have accomplished so much, thanks to our hosts, volunteers, partners, and everyone who supported us along the way. We were able to help many people in need, and we are immensely proud of our achievements.

On this day, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all who support our mission. Without your generosity and kindness, we could not continue our work to help Ukrainians.

Not only do we help people, but we give others the opportunity to help. We believe that everyone can make a difference in supporting others, and we always welcome new volunteers who want to join us.

A year of a newborn's life flies by. A year spent in a bomb shelter is neverending.
A year with the loved ones is not nearly enough. A year in a bomb shelter is unbearably long.
The first year of marriage is short and sweet. A year in a bomb shelter is the longest.
One year for a dream to come true is nothing. One year in a bomb shelter is all there is.

One year of war has been a year of constant fear, danger and distress. Every single day brings a challenge to survive. Life has no plan, no order. At war people are forced to adapt quickly. They learn to avoid danger and to fight for their lives and their families.

One year of war is a year of countless losses. Life, limb, livelihood can be taken away at any moment.

The year of war may be just another year in life for those who are not directly affected. Life still has meaning outside of the war zone. But for many this year has been enough to turn their lives upside down.

The war in Ukraine is not over, it still goes on wrecking people's homes and lives every day. People are still fleeing the war zone in search of safety. If you are in a position to offer a free place to stay, register with us today! And please share far and wide.

Some terrible news came from the UK today!

It appears that 200 asylum-seeking children went missing from the hotels run by the Home Office. These children fled their own countries escaping danger and travelled unaccompanied. The UK press suggests that some children may have been taken by human trafficking gangs. While the authorities are investigating the children's whereabouts, concerns continue to grow about the safety of children and families escaping war zones. Too often instead of shelter they find predators and new dangers on their way.

We are deeply troubled by these news. More has to be done today to protect vulnerable children and families of war refugees.

Hundreds of Ukrainian families, many with children under 16, flee for their lives every day while the war continues. They need all the help they can get. Can you offer them a safe place to stay?
