Congratulations to senior, Celeste Valerio for being named UNE’s Outstanding Student for Mental Health Rehabilitation at the University Awards Ceremony last week! Celeste joins Mackenzie Burke ‘23 as the rugby team’s second recipient of this prestigious award!

Quite a celebration at Bark Hill on Sunday as we celebrated two outstanding student athletes and leaders. Thank you to everyone involved with putting it all together.

There is still plenty of season left for anyone interested in giving rugby a try this season. Pactices are on Tuesday and Thursday at 6PM at Bark Hill Park in Union Bridge.

Huge day this Sunday at Bark Hill Park. We will have two HS matches starting at 12PM(St John's College) and 2PM(Maryland Valkyries) with MS matches mixed in.

We will also be celebrating our amazing leaders Laida and Maia on Senior Day!!!

The West Carroll Marauders and Quinnipiac Women's Rugby have had a strong relationship through the years. Wins and losses, championships and life lessons covering the entire history of the QU program. Last week's decision to demote the program has sent shockwaves through the rugby community, but especially close to home as we have four current Marauders on the QU roster. Congrats to alum Celeste Valerio on wrapping up an outstanding run with UNE Women's Rugby A great example as both a student and athlete!!

Once more into the breach, dear friends. Number two on the scoreboard, number one in your hearts. Capping off an incredible year of competition with a 2nd place finish in DIII 7s. We have learned and grown so much and are proud of all that we have accomplished on and off the pitch. We left no stone unturned. On to the next!
