Are you looking to start or expand your business? Facility tours by appointment only. Mountain Harvest Kitchen (MHK) is a shared-use processing kitchen and food business incubator located in East Tennessee, in the heart of the vibrant Appalachian food community. We offer multiple workstations
with commercial grade equipment, food safety certification courses, workshops and networking opportunities

designed to educate and empower food entrepreneurs. There are many complex steps required to bring a great food concept to a reality. MHK is committed to helping clients grow healthy and economically sustainable businesses by providing access to a federally and state certified facility, technical support, financial and marketing counseling, creative service consulting, regulatory guidance and food safety training. Caterers, food trucks and food carts, farmers and food producers of baked goods sauces, dressings, chutneys, salsas, marinades and other condiments, jams and preserves, juices, beverages and more can benefit from the space.
