OUR GOAL: TO RECREATE THIS PHOTO
We can't exactly relive history, but we can reenact it and we're doing that July 4th. Local re-enactor Scott Payne will be our George Washington for the Unadilla Fourth of July Parade on Main Street (Parade steps-off at 10am July 4th. Marchers Line-Up at the school 9am).

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: Kids (and adults too) not afraid to dress up and have a little fun.
🇺🇸Do you have a school aged boy or girl who wants to dress up as George Washington's 2 Flag Bearers just like this photo? Let us know.
🇺🇸Do you have a school-aged boy or girl who plays flute or drums in the marching band who wants to march in the parade as our Fife & Drum players? Let us know.
🇺🇸Just want to dress up for a couple of hours and mill around the library lawn for the Bicentennial Time Capsule Opening Ceremony--we can make it happen. We have the costumes. Let us know!

Today members of the Unadilla Chamber of Commerce were happy to attend a reception sponsored by Beta Sigma Phi honoring our own Kirsty Roefs for her numerous and varied contributions to the community.

Kirsty not only owns and operates the Shop House of Consignment NY on Main Street in Unadilla, she is a major driving force in many local charitable endeavors in Unadilla and beyond.

We are proud to call her not only one of us, but also friend. Congrats, Kirsty on being granted the 2026 First Lady Award. Well deserved.❤️
