At 10:19 this evening, we welcomed our final RAAM team through Time Station 23, and with that, our station is officially closed for the year.
What an incredible journey it has been. We want to thank every rider, crew member, official, volunteer, media representative, and supporter who passed through our station. It is truly an honor to be part of this event each year, cheering you on, offering encouragement, and witnessing the determination and spirit that make this race so special.
A very special thank you goes to our amazing volunteers, along with their families, who generously gave their time, energy, and support to make Time Station 23 a success. Events like this simply would not be possible without the people willing to step up and serve behind the scenes.
We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to the City of Ulysses, Grant County, Grant County Fire Station, Emergency Management Director Jeff Baier, city personnel, the Ulysses Police Department, and the Grant County Sheriff's Office. Your dedication, planning, and commitment to safety help ensure that every racer can travel through Grant County safely each year. We are grateful for the many individuals who work tirelessly behind the scenes to make this event possible.
I would personally like to recognize Bob Dale and Marieta Hauser for the effort, energy, and dedication they invested in helping organize Time Station 23 this year. Your support and willingness to jump in wherever needed made a tremendous difference, and I am grateful for you.
As our station signs off, our support certainly doesn't stop here. We'll continue watching the dots, following the journey, sharing updates, and cheering every racer on all the way to Atlantic City.
Most importantly, we hope everyone travels safely and continues to enjoy every mile ahead.
