Life isn’t always one thing or the other.

You can be making progress and still have difficult days. You can feel hopeful about what’s ahead and still need support right now. You can be proud of yourself and still be figuring things out.

Having a hard day doesn’t mean you’re going backward, and needing help doesn’t mean you’re failing. Sometimes, life is just a mix of good days, difficult days, and everything in between.

Give yourself some room for all of it. 💚

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the families, friends, and communities forever changed by that day.

We honor the first responders and countless individuals who showed extraordinary courage, compassion, and selflessness in the face of unimaginable circumstances.

May we continue to remember those we lost, honor those who served, and carry forward the spirit of compassion and unity that brought people together.

September is Su***de Prevention Month, a time to remind ourselves that reaching out matters. A simple check-in, a listening ear, or letting someone know they’re not alone can make a meaningful difference.

You don’t have to have the perfect words. Sometimes, simply asking “How are you really doing?” is a place to start.

Let’s create a community where people feel seen, heard, supported, and safe reaching out when they need help.
