Rotary Club of South Ukiah

We had a very successful South Ukiah Rotary golf tournament on October 5th.

19 teams participated in a scramble format with a wonderful bbq at the conclusion hosted by the Savings Bank of Mendocino County.

Numerous community businesses and individuals donated raffle items, purchased raffle tickets, and generously contributed to our only fundraiser of the year.

Shown are a few of the International and local projects this endeavor supports. Also, a photo of Mark Sparso showing the best golf swing in Ukiah; the list of tournament winners; a display of Tee Sign sponsors; and a model of the water hydration station our Rotary Club recently donated to the Ukiah Golf Course, one of three which will be located on the course once the purple pipe project is completed and will enhance our efforts to eliminate plastic waste.

One of the biggest events rotary does each year is Guitars For Troops. Members Dianna and Chris were able to present VFW 1900 Ukiah with a portion of the proceeds from this event!

The Annual South Ukiah Rotary Golf Tournament was a huge success! Thank you to all of our sponsors, attendees, and volunteers for making this event what it is year after year.
