Get ready, Region 110B! Our next Regional Tournament is coming up and we can’t wait to see everyone back on the mats for an exciting day of competition, camaraderie, and Songahm spirit.

Students from across New England and beyond will come together to compete in forms, sparring, weapons, combat sparring, and more. What an incredible day of training, growth, and leadership at yesterday’s Region 110B seminars and high rank testing!

Students and instructors from across the region came together to train, learn, and push themselves to the next level. The energy, focus, and determination on the mats truly reflected the Spirit of Songahm.

👏 Congratulations to all of our testers and midtermers! Your hard work, dedication, and perseverance were on full display. Advancing on the black belt journey is no small task, and we’re proud of each of you for continuing to challenge yourselves and grow as martial artists and leaders.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the day a success—our instructors, the Masters, the leadership team, and all who came out to support the event. Region 110B is stronger because of you! 💪

Region 110B will be hosting a Chevron Clinic for those looking to certify or recertify as tournament judges! This is a great opportunity to stay current, sharpen your judging knowledge, and continue supporting our regional tournaments.

Region 110B is bursting with pride as we celebrate our very own Chief Master Robert Roy on earning the prestigious rank of 9th Degree Black Belt at this year’s ATA World Championships! 🌍✨

This incredible milestone is the result of decades of dedication, leadership, and commitment to the Spirit of Songahm. Chief Master Roy has inspired generations of martial artists throughout New England and beyond with his knowledge, humility, and heart.
