Meet Sadie! ❤️

This adorable girl was surrendered due to no fault of her own, and we would love to place her right back into a loving home. We are told Sadie is around 6 months old.

Sadie enjoys “running, toys, cuddles, and laying in your lap. She loves everyone she has met here at the shelter. We can tell she’s going to make someone a great best friend! 💕

🐾 WE NEED YOUR HELP — AND EVERY DONATION TRULY MATTERS ❤️

Did you know that we do not receive a budget for spay and neuter services?

Every single animal we are able to have spayed or neutered is made possible because of donations from people like you. 🐶🐱

And helping doesn’t always mean making a monetary donation.

Donations of dry dog or cat food, canned cat food, treats, dog bones, cleaning supplies, and other everyday necessities help more than you may realize. Every bag of food or box of treats donated is something we don’t have to purchase — which means those funds can be used to help pay for spay and neuter surgeries.

❤️ Just $200 can help us spay or neuter TWO cats or ONE dog.

So when you hear us say “every donation makes a difference,” we truly mean it.

That bag of food you dropped off.
That case of canned cat food.
Those treats or dog bones.
That $5, $10, or $20 donation.

It all adds up. And sometimes, it adds up to a surgery that helps one of our animals become ready for a forever home. 🏡🐾

We simply could not do everything we do without the generosity of our community. To every person who has donated, shared our posts, purchased supplies, or supported our animals in any way — thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

🐈 Our adoptable dogs are waiting patiently for their forever homes.

After making a post a few days ago, we were sure someone would come visit our wonderful dogs.

Sadly, not one person has walked through our shelter doors to see them.😥

We are posting them again, in hopes that this post will secure their future in a loving home.❤️

✨️Our cats & kittens available for adoption ✨

🐈 Our furry felines were up for the task when staff told them they were going to have their photos taken.

💔 ️It's heartbreaking when the excitement and hope of finding a forever home fades away due to a lack of visitors in rural shelters. These wonderful cats and kittens deserve loving families, but geographical isolation can pose a significant challenge in connecting them with potential adopters. To help bridge this gap, it's important to leverage online platforms and social media to showcase the adorable personalities of these sweet souls. By creatively expanding their reach, we can ensure these deserving pets find the loving homes they so eagerly await.

🐕️ Buster said, he loves when staff leaves him treat filled kongs. The problem is, the shelter is running low on them.🐕

He would like to know if 🫵 would be kind to send him and his furry friends some?

🤭 He also wanted me to add that peanut butter makes the best filled kongs😋
