It’s a great week to donate to your local Walthall County Food Pantry. We had a busy day today and our shelves need to be restocked. We can use a little bit of everything including: soup, canned potatoes, peas, mixed vegetables, chicken, dried beans, cereal, juice, peanut butter or whatever you want to bring! Thanks in advance!

Thanks to International Paper for donating the boxes for our Food Boxes. One thing we can’t make a box of food without, is a box to start. 📦🥫

Thanks to Carson Springs Senior Adult Sunday School Class for their large donation today to the food pantry. We also would like to thank Dinan Baptist Church, Tylertown Baptist Church and Salem Baptist Church.

We had a good group of volunteers today that we couldn’t work without and we thank you so much for coming!

Today we would like to thank Magees Creek Baptist Church, Carson Springs Baptist Church and Tylertown Baptist Church for your donations of food and monetary donations.

We would also like to thank Red Land Cotton for having a food drive for us and donating almost 200 pounds of food today!

Once again we were busy as expected. Thanks for your ongoing support.

As expected, the pantry was extremely busy today. But also, we were blessed with a lot of monetary and food donations. We had a couple of new volunteers today too. Our local churches have been coming through for us including New Zion Baptist, Salem Baptist, Centerville Baptist, Tylertown Baptist, Oak Grove UMC, St Paul Catholic, and The Church on Beulah. Thank you so much. This ministry doesn’t get off the ground without a community like you behind us.

For those asking about donating money, you can go to Trustmark Bank and donate to Walthall Co Food Pantry, or Gayle Fortenberry at Cardioworld or Walthall Co Food Pantry, PO Box 733, Tylertown, MS 39667. We are a nonprofit so your donation is considered a tax write off. Thanks!

The Walthall Co Food Pantry was inundated with people needing food today. We expect to be busy in the weeks to come as SNAP is possibly going to be cut off. Now is a great time to get your food donations to us. We are in need of everything, but especially spaghetti sauce, pasta, rice, ramen noodles, mac and cheese, soup, cereal, canned potatoes, juice and bread. And of course, money is always accepted. Thanks!
