The Mentoring Alliance Board of Directors is excited to celebrate Amie Reynolds as the new President of Mentoring Alliance!

If you've been close to MA over the last several years, you already know Amie. She joined MA, leading our Waco region as Executive Director, where she helped grow one of the most impactful regional ministries in our footprint.

She then moved into the role of Chief Operating Officer, where she has spent the last two years strengthening operations, developing leaders, and building the foundation MA needs for what's next. For the last several months, she has been functionally leading the organization day to day.

Amie knows the work because she has done the work. She knows the mission because she lives the mission. And she knows the people of MA because she has been alongside them, in every region, for years.

Amie is a graduate of Baylor University and holds a Master's in Public Service and Administration from Texas A&M University. She and her husband, Jonathan, have four children, all in public school.

We're excited about the future. The mission is sharper than ever. More and more communities across Texas are asking for MA, and we are stepping into that intentional season of growth ready.

Welcome the new chapter, Amie. We're grateful God has prepared you for this moment!

Today, Mentoring Alliance is filled with gratefulness for a job well done. After more than a decade of faithful leadership, Kevin East is stepping down as President and CEO of Mentoring Alliance, and we simply want to say thank you.

Under Kevin's leadership, God has grown Mentoring Alliance from a local youth-serving organization into a thriving Christ-centered ministry that mobilizes godly people to provide tangible help and eternal hope to thousands of kids and families in Tyler, Waco, Abilene, Longview, and Friendswood, Texas.

If you know Kevin, you know the man doesn't do halfway. He treats every conversation, every kid, every family, every decision with great care, and he's given more of himself to this mission than most people will ever know. That standard of devotion and excellence is woven into the bones of MA and will serve it well for many more years of ministry.

Kevin's transition follows a season of sabbatical, prayer, reflection, and conversations with family, friends, and mentors. And this isn't goodbye. Beginning in January, he'll join our Board of Directors as Founder and board member, so his heart for this mission stays right where it's always been.

Kevin, thank you for your courage, your conviction, and for believing that big things start here. We're grateful for you, and honored to carry this mission forward.
