🎒 Care Closets & Weekend Backpack Program: By the Numbers 📊
When students' basic needs are met, they are better prepared to learn, grow, and succeed. Thanks to the incredible support of our donors, volunteers, and community partners, the Tyler ISD Foundation made a significant impact during the 2025-2026 school year.

💙 By the Numbers:
🥫 13,200+ individuals fed through our Weekend Backpack Program
🎒 3,300+ backpacks filled with food and sent home with students
🙌 300+ volunteer hours dedicated to packing, organizing, and distributing resources to families in need

Every backpack represents a student who didn't have to worry about where their next meal would come from. Every volunteer hour reflects a community that cares. Every donation helps ensure students have the support they need to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

Together, we are removing barriers, meeting essential needs, and creating opportunities for success for students and families.

✨ It is our honor to celebrate the Tyler ISD Class of 2026’s top graduates and outstanding educators at the Tyler ISD Foundation’s annual academic excellence celebration, Night of Shining Stars! ✨
Each year, the top 20 graduates from Tyler High School - Tyler ISD and Tyler Legacy High School - Tyler ISD, along with the top 5 graduates from Early College High School - Tyler ISD, are recognized for their exceptional academic achievements.
What makes this event even more special is that each honor graduate selects an educator who has made a lasting, positive impact on their educational journey to be celebrated alongside them.
Congratulations to these remarkable students and educators for shining so brightly!
