Collective-Bargaining Conference June 1-3 in Washington, DC (Attached conference timeline)

A Collective-Bargaining Conference is set for June 1-3 at the Washington Hilton Hotel in Washington, DC.

Due to space constraints, attendance at the conference is limited to one representative from each branch and state association. Only the branch or state president or their designee may attend.

A registration process has been created online through the Members Only Portal, which can be accessed from the home page of the NALC website. Branch and state presidents must go into the “Meetings Menu” tab in the Members Only portal, select “Meetings Registration by Officers,” and then click “Collective-Bargaining Conference” to register themselves or their authorized designee.

The conference will begin with check-in of those registered from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, June 1. An opening session and welcome reception will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, June 1. Conference sessions will begin at 9 a.m. and run all day on both Tuesday, June 2, and Wednesday, June 3. Registration will run from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday.

A bargaining update has been posted to the Members Only Portal. To access it, sign in and navigate to Members Menu and select the Collective Bargaining tab. You will then see and be able to access “Bargaining Update 5/8/2026.”

If you are unable to view the bargaining update through the NALC mobile app, please log in to Members Only using your phone's web browser.

For over 30 years, National Association of Letter Carriers has proudly led Stamp Out Hunger, the largest one-day food drive in America. This Saturday, May 9, leave a bag of nonperishable food by your mailbox and your letter carrier will take care of the rest. Together, we can !

Today’s the day! 🌅📬 Letter carriers across the country are heading out on their routes with one extra mission: collecting your donations for the Food Drive.

If you haven’t already, there’s still time to help! Just leave a bag of nonperishable food by your mailbox before your carrier arrives. Every can, every box, every bag helps stock local food pantries and put meals on the table for families facing hunger.

For more than 30 years, NALC members have proudly led this effort while continuing to serve their communities on their regular routes. Today, we’re grateful for every carrier stepping up and every neighbor lending a hand. Let’s make a difference together!

Texas AFL-CIO will be in attendance and speaking with the branch.
This will be an opportunity to ask questions and express concerns that are affecting the letter carriers of the branch. You will learn how Texas AFL-CIO is leading the charge in the fight for labor in Texas along with the legislative might its networks hold.

Come out, fellowship with your brothers and sisters while also gaining knowledge to help yourself and those around you on the work room floor.
