🌟 2025 Employment Law update 🌟

Join attorney, Eric Kolder, as he covers 2025 updates around non-competes, salary exemptions, discrimination, harassment, and more.

About the Speaker:
Eric is the managing partner of Kolder Law Firm, PLLC. He is an experienced attorney whose practice focuses on employment law compliance and litigation. Prior to becoming an attorney, Eric worked as an accountant and passed the CPA exam, which helps him provide clients with legal advice from a real-world business perspective. Eric was a partner with another law firm in Tyler from 2017 to 2023. However, he and his wife, Mary, opened their own law firm last year and have continued to serve East Texas businesses with all their employment law needs.

About the Speaker: With over two decades of leadership experience, including a decade in diverse Human Resources leadership roles, Jaimee brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Her HR journey has spanned from learning and development initiatives to serving as a Senior HR Manager for large manufacturing facilities. Most recently, she is honored to be the Senior HR Manager for Soules Foods in Tyler, Texas.
Beyond Jaimee’s professional life, she is a proud wife of 15 years and dedicated mother to a boy and a girl. A fun fact about Jaimee: She is a native American, part of the Lumbee Indians tribe of North Carolina. Currently, Jaimee is challenging herself by training for a 10K run with her siblings, and she also hosts a self-care podcast on Apple and Spotify, which was launched in January 2025.
