Meet the I Am Beautiful Movement Advisory Board
It is with great joy and excitement that I introduce the incredible women who will help guide the next chapter of I Am Beautiful Movement.
Our mission is to create safe, uplifting spaces where girls and young women feel seen, supported, and confident as they build essential life skills, form healthy relationships, and grow into the leaders they were created to be.

What makes this moment especially meaningful is seeing the next generation step into leadership. The very girls we once poured into are now becoming the women who are helping lead this movement forward.

This is more than an advisory board.
This is legacy.
This is sisterhood.
This is purpose in action.

➡️ Today for Denim Day 2026, we stand in solidarity with survivors and raise our voices for awareness, prevention, and change. Every pair of jeans represents a refusal to stay silent and a commitment to support those impacted by sexual violence.
The I Am Beautiful Movement is proud to partner with the East Texas Crisis Center to bring awareness, education, and hope to our community.

BIG NEWS for I Am Beautiful Movement™
Destini Jordan is officially the Executive Director of I Am Beautiful Movement.
Twelve years ago, all I wanted was to help girls feel confident and create meaningful experiences for mothers and daughters. I did not worry about funding, structure, or strategy. I just followed Jesus, showed up with what I had, and God sent amazing people to help me build along the way.
Eventually, I learned what a nonprofit was and began to take it more seriously and continued to soar!

Destini and the new team were ready to take us to the next level. She said, “Mama, we need someone to walk us through this process the right way because we are new to the nonprofit leadership world.” And if you know Destini, you know she is a by-the-book, excellence-first type of leader. This is where the FLOURISHING BEGINS.

What makes this team so special is that every single one of these women has been connected to I Am Beautiful Movement from the early days. They have seen the heart, the growth, the struggles, and the evolution.💕
And now, IABM is officially stepping into a NEW season.
After two powerful sessions with Flourish Nonprofits, we walked away with

✔️ A New Vision
✔️ Defined Core Values
✔️ A clear path for our future

Generosity Tyler was such a great experience!
Guest Speaker Patrick Johnson from GenerousChurch shared powerful insight on moving from scarcity to abundance, a reminder that generosity is discipleship in action.
This morning was filled with worship, wisdom, and community, a much-needed reminder of God’s abundance and how we’re called to give from the heart.

A special thank you to Michelle Kenyon for the invite and the opportunity to connect with so many purpose-driven leaders.🙌🏽
