We are so proud and grateful to celebrate the graduations of our two fellows, Dr. Alexandria Lehrmann, and Dr. Forrest Herman. Hospice of East Texas partners with the UT Tyler School of Medicine Fellows Program to help teach these incredible servant physicians all about hospice and palliative care. We are grateful that they work along side our wonderful Dr. Laura Ferguson and Dr. Craig Gunter, helping all of our families at the most tender moments of their lives.

We have a couple of cats who are in need of loving homes! 💙

Tigger is just over 7 years old and weighs 12 pounds. He is a male domestic short hair mixed gray tabby with some white markings.

Winston is just over 3 years old and weighs 11 pounds. He is a male, domestic short hair mixed tuxedo cat (black with white).

Both are fixed and fully up to date on their vaccinations! If you are interested in adopting one or both of these sweet boys, please contact Marleen Elkins at (903) 266-3460.

Thanks to our partnership with Pet Peace of Mind, we are blessed to be able to extend our care to the precious pets of our patients and ensure they find loving homes. 🐾

One of our patients needs help finding a forever home for her little Jack Russell Terrier mix. Sweet Hannah is almost 8 years old and has a very gentle and affectionate nature. She loves to be around people, but she can be quite timid around other animals and would thrive as the only pet in the home, where she can soak up all the love & cuddles.
