Happy birthday to Beatrix Potter, born on this date in 1866. Six publishers turned down her book “The Tale of Peter Rabbit.” It went on to sell 45 MILLION copies. (Queen Elizabeth bought 15 of them herself.) That should give hope to any aspiring writer, musician, or creative artist.
