A World for Children recently celebrated a special Family Day with our incredible staff and foster families at Six Flags Fiesta Texas! 🎢✨ It was a day filled with excitement, connection, and unforgettable memories as everyone came together to enjoy quality time with one another. From splash pads to roller coasters and everything in between, the day was full of moments that brought smiles and laughter to all who attended.
At AWFC, we believe that supporting children means supporting the families who care for them. Our dedicated staff and foster families play an essential role in creating safe, nurturing environments where children can thrive. This event was a heartfelt way to show appreciation for their commitment, compassion, and the difference they make every single day.
Seeing families bond, children play freely, and our community come together outside of the everyday routine was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do. We are so grateful for each member of the AWFC family and proud to celebrate the strong, supportive community we continue to build together. đź’™
Here’s to more moments of joy, connection, and shared purpose!

Please join us in giving a heartfelt welcome to the Long family to AWFC!
Garrett and Lily both have truly incredible servant hearts, and we are so grateful to have them joining our community. Alongside their Husky/German Shepherd mix, Winson, they are opening their home to provide a safe and loving place for children in care.
Lily serves as an ER nurse, bringing compassion and care to others every day, while Garrett works as a Program Director at a Christian summer camp and retreat center, investing in the lives of youth and families.
We are so excited to have the Long family with us and cannot wait to see the impact they will make. Welcome, Long family!
